Same problem happened with me, firstly i added 700 INR from my card to PAYtm and then transferred money to my bank, the amount which i sent to bank is deduced from paytm wallet. but their is no money in my bank yet even no transaction ID is recorded with my account, thought you have at-least transaction ID with pending status.
