Paytm — Amount deducted from paytm wallet but not recived in bank account on 19 december 2016 | |||
On dated 19 december 2016 i have transferred amount of inr 3100 through Paytm wallet to a bank account till today its not received on the bank account but the same is deducted from my paytm account. I have tried to contact on the customer care no. Of paytm but nobody attended the call. I have forwarded to complaint through email and for this i got a computer generated response as below. " Your transaation for wallet to bank transfer initiated successfully from our side but we have not received a confirmation yet from your bank. Your bank could take upto 2 working days to process the transaction. Incase if your amount will not get credited in your bank account after 2 working days then you may contact your bank directly for details. In case the transfer fails, the amount will be added back to your paytm wallet. We hope this information is helpful in resolving your concern. We regret the inconvenience caused.
