Paytm — Amount Deducted from wallet but cashback not received yet

I made a payment of 500Rs from paytm wallet on groupon wherein I was supposed to get 550Rs Cashback. The amount of 500Rs has been deducted and I have not received my cashback of 550rs. It has been 20 days and I have raised almost 6 complaints to paytm but still I have not received the cashback.
