Paytm — amount not refunded and no response for complaint

hello sir, I placed an order on 11 oct 2014, delivery date was 14 oct 2014. still products not received, order automatically cancelled by NCR on 22 oct 2014 but money received for only 1 product. order No.[protected] complaint ticket No's.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] wrote to you lot of time, i just get an nonsense common msg everytime in reply of my complaint. dont cheat people, do some hard work and try to earn money else close the company and sit at home that would be more better i think so. dont know why you people are harassing customers.
