On dated 05/11/18 i had received the shoes of brand name 'san frissco' but due to variation in color against ordered shoes i filed return request to the paytm after 30 minutes of receiving the product and same was picked the product on very next day morning.
Henceforth after waiting for 07 days i have not gotten any type of response from paytm regarding my refund.
As mode of transaction was cod hence i had to mention bank account details for neft transaction within 24 hours but same was not executed within 24 hours as earlier i was not aware for the same. Now the same option at paytm app is closed not accessible.
For above query i called more than 50 times to customer care executives (No.[protected]) on daily basis but the call is being kept on hold aprox for 30 minutes but no one answering me and no connection established.
