[Resolved]  Paytm — Amount not refunded yet as per requested by Paytm.com

Few days back I made a recharge worth Rs.15 for my cell-phone. But after completing my checkout and transaction my request of recharge was not done. And after some days when asked to either make the recharge on my phone or else refund the amount, I got a message from them stating as "I’m sorry that the recharge for your mobile number [protected] did not happen. We have not received amount for this transaction from your bank. In such cases the bank automatically refunds the amount into your account. It may take between 3 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. The refund timelines vary from bank to bank. In case of any delay in receiving your amount, I suggest you please get in touch with your bank. I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let me know." As per they are saying transaction hasn't been done..But the amount has been deducted from my account and saying transaction is successfully done... Now it's been nearly 20 days still my request for refund is not yet processed.. I just want either the recharge done or refund the amount on my account. My failed paytm.com order number :[protected]

We are available 24 hours on all 7 days of the week to resolve your issues. Remember at Paytm your trust is foremost. Your money is yours unless you have received your recharge. That's our promise!

In order to check the status of this deduction, we'll require your bank/credit card statement since the date of transaction. It must be in PDF format reflecting the deduction in question. Please send it as an attachment to us at [protected]@paytm.com.

Once received, we will check it and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve the issue.

What should I do I'm not having the print (that .pdf)? My bank account is also just giving me info about last 10 transactions. So what should I do now? Really the amount is deducted from my account and still didn't got the recharge
I've already submitted the bank statement for the transaction. But amount wasn't refunded.
