Paytm — amount of 1410 rs is detected from my account but bill is not paid it is in the queue

Sir my ticket no is[protected] for complaint and pay tm order no is[protected] .I pay the bill of bees rajdhani on 20 step 2014 but the amount is deducted from my bank account and the biill is in the queque and the bill is not paid after three daysdaysadays and no reply is come from paytm .plz tel what I do?
