Paytm — Amount was deducted in paytm wallet but not transferred in my bank account

Hello, On Paytm I place the refund request of Rs 598.0 in my bank/card on[protected]:26:05 but till now I am not getting any refund in my bank/card account. I contact to paytmcare regular since 25 days but I am not get proper response. Today total 25 days are complete to place this request but I have not yet received the refund!!!.
