This is in regard of a order made to online shopping web site Paytm.com. I ordered a laptop study table with the order number [protected] on 19the December 2015.
The order was shipped by Mr. Ashwini from Bangalore to me. It reached after a long wait of 10 days and to my surprise when I opened the box the table was not the same as was described on the website, and more surprising thing was that the material used for it was of very bad quality and of course it was in semi broken condition.
When I raised the complaint on 1st january 2016 i received a auto generated reply that my issue would be resolved with 24-48 hours. But till then I mailed them more than 10 times, but no action has been taken so far. Even the seller called me on 5 january and assured me about quick action. but after that he also become dumb.
Its been 22 days when I order the product and 12 days from my first complaint.
So I is very annoying for me and frustrating for me.. I don't want to keep this product now and wants my money back. So I hope you will raise the issue in front of company and compel them to pay an appropriate compensation for my suffering as well as cost of the product.
