Paytm — Balance deducted but bill has not paid (Pending)

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I have a order number of Paytm which is [protected] .And status of this order is pending more than 2 hour. There is not any contact number from which we are contacting with them[protected] number is available but it is always busy).
how can i know it is proceed or canceled because when i not pay bill to airtel then
i have to pay bill with fine.Please solvemy ASAP.
