Paytm — balance deducted work not done

I wanted to pay my relinfra bill of 1814rs so i used Paytm as an option .My balance got deducted but bill was not payed .then the balance went in paytm wallet account .After few days again to use that wallet amount i tried to refill my mobile number [protected] with order number[protected] .Since last 24 hours the message has been displayed that it is waiting for operator assistsnce and the amount has got deducted from my wallet account.This Is unfair. i need my money back and also they should compensate for that Thank you Mitesh A Kadam [protected]
