Paytm — Balance lost due to merger of new paytm account with old account. | |||||
I have been using paytm since 3 years, Today dated 06.01.2017, I decided to create another account, I thought to merge the account with new account. But as I merged the accounts the balance from my old account that was 5800 did not get transferred and now it shows balance as 0.00. I tired to call customer care service at [protected] but it is computer operated calling service and there in no option to talk to any customer service representative to explaing the actual issue. It is not appriciable form a company who is promoting itself on high market value. Kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||||

My below orders are showing pending from long time. Money got deducted from my account, but recharge not done.No customer care number also to check.Didn't got any reply from the [protected]@paytm also. I booked my train tickets through the paytm app at 11:08 partly by debut card and rest by paytm wallet, the money got deducted from both but the tickets failed to book
