I had paid 2 no. Of cesc bill cust id [protected] of mr. Goutam mondal & [protected] of mrs. Chandra mondal for the amount rs. 540 & rs. 190 respectively via paytm website on dt 24.03.2016. The transactions were failed and i receive a msg from cesc that the transactions are not successful and the bills are not paid. But the amounts are deducted from my paytm wallet. Once again on 29.03.2016 i paid those bills from cesc website via paytm wallet as because 31st is the due date of those bills, this time the transactions are succesful. I had lodged a complaint to the paytm site that the transactions of 24.03.2016 are not successful, so please refund my amount to my wallet. They reply me that at that time the transactions are not successful on 24th but now on 30.03.2016 the transactions were made clear. I frequently msg them that those amounts are once again paid by me on 29th, but they wont refund my amount till now. I send them almost 5 or 6 mails regarding this including the screenshot of my paid acknowledgements of cesc on dt 29th, but they wont get any action. Please help me to get my money back.
Hopefully i get some help from you guys to solve the problem.
