Paytm — Billing Problem

Address:Panchkula, Haryana

I had ordered some food through the foodpanda mobile app and used Paytm to make payment. Now I received a notification from Paytm that the amount was deducted twice, but foodpanda say that they have received only one order. Even the vendor who supplied the food confirmed one order. I have strong reasons the believe that the payment is stuck in Paytm and would want them to release it soon. I could give all the details to a concerned person once they reach out to me. P.S. - This transaction was made on Saturday (20/7/2015)
