I booked a bus for Jaipur to Kota on 18 June through Paytm. I reach the onboarding point & waiting around 1 hour. I contact the first bus operator, but no one picks my call. Then I contact Paytm care & canceled my bus & they assured me that I will get a refund in 10 days Then I pick another bus and reach Kota"
Now Till 6 July 2022, I can't get any refund. Paytm refuses my refund request because the travel agency declined my refund request. We have no responsibility for a refund. if you need refund contact to bus operator.
Please help me to get a full refund.
