Paytm — broken product

I had delievered a totu back cover worth rs.200 for samsung galaxy note 3 neo...and the cover is broken from speaker side cutting... I am totally disappointed from this. so, pls take best action as soon as possible. Paytm order ref:[protected] Paytm shipment ID:[protected]

I had ordered a spectacle from paytm.com and i received it on 10th June 2015 and it turned out to be broken. I want to return the product back. Please help me out.
