Paytm — Bus booking fraud

I have booked my bus from Coimbatore to Bangalore through paytm . Order number ref [protected]. But the travels had confirmed that booking through paytm has not been registered in their system and I was asked to disembark because the travel list had a different passenger name. I did show them the ticket and also paytm order booking. All in vain.. I was asked to take this up with paytm. But paytm customer care does not even respond . it is a big time cheat. They are squandering money. They don't have a customer care on call support who can even address our issue.. Really frustrating.
