Paytm — Bus cancelled from operator end paytm team not refunding my amount to wallet

I have booked two bus tickets, unfortunately, Bus cancelled from operator end after repeated mail from paytm care they have refunded only one ticket amount but another ticket (order ID#[protected] amount till not received . I raised ticket #[protected] on apr 19 till now no resolution. Order Numbers:[protected] and[protected] PNR :J3QP36 and M4YZTV Kindly check the order id[protected] and send the refund amount as early as possible.
