Paytm — Bus cancelled (need refund)

I had booked ticket for 27th march 2016 from jamnagar to ahmedabad. But bus is cancelled or something happened so bus not come and I want my refund because there 16 days goes but they not respond to me . And give very bad response. my PNR number: 41094000 and ticket id OHUWL6 and my name is Bina Pithadiya.
