Paytm — Bus has cancelled - promised to return my fare amount[protected]

Hi, Order Number: RCtkt[protected] | This bus has been cancelled due to entry tax imposing issues by TG Govt. So i lodged a complaint #[protected], on PAYTM, they promised to return back to me by 72 hours, even after sending reminder mails, i didnt't get any response from them. This complaint was acknowledge by Mr. Gaurav. Could you please look into this and get my amount back. Thanks
