i have book bus by paytm on Ambala to Sundernagar i have book seat no-23 or 24 no on middle of the bus. bus driver no recevied my call and bus reched on 10.45 pm but correct time is 10:30 pm and bus driver provided me last seat of bus.i have facing many problem on journy in Ambala to Sunder nagar i have vomiting and many other problem facing. bus condition is not good bus tyre punchered in two time and driver and conductor misbehaviour on passenger. so i want refund my ticket money because i facing many problem and reached Sundernagr late and miss your duty time.
