I am not even able to cancel my bus ticket in paytm. I never experienced such a Worst customer service, for canceling a bus ticket these people are telling me to wait for 24 hours. Bus will depart within 12 hours what is the use of waiting for 24 hours. poor customer service. As per the policy of Paytm, they will not cancel the ticket and they will not issue refund as well.
