Paytm — Bus ticket cancelled without any information.

Hi, I had booked bust ticked on 2nd August 2015 from Pune to indore throught paytm with PNR:[protected] and Order ID: [protected] to travel on 28th august. The bus operator had cancelled the bus and informed paytm, but paytm had not informed me till the departure time of bus. I have not received even a mail or message for bus cancellation, and when i called paytm on 28th aug for bus time confirmation, they are saying that " sir your bus had been cancelled and we will refund you the money" . this is really fraud with the customer, telling that bus is cancelled at last moment.
