[Resolved] Paytm — Bus Ticket - Coimbatore to Hosur on 17May2015 - Order ID[protected] No such bus exist. | |||
Dear Sir, I had a booked a 'Bus Ticket (OB8LEB) from coimbatore to hosur on[protected]' on 13 May 2015 in the site PAYTM. My order id is[protected] and the Paytm Cash Transaction No is 7E0BB03E8C8062DC. I had notified paytm three times through mail, my previous complain ticket numbers are 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] I was having the mobile message as the mticket. There was no such bus "Sri Balaji Travels" at the boarding point ie Gandhipuram. I was at the boarding point one hour before (i.e. @10.00pm) the scheduled departure(which was at 11.00pm), and still could not find the bus there and stayed half an hour more than the scheduled time to find no such bus. The contact numbers PAYTM provided were use less as they were connecting a person who does not work for the said travels ("Sri Balaji Travels") any more and he was not helping me in anyway. So I tried calling PAYTM customer support and their customer support would pick none of my 16 calls (up until 11.00pm) and PAYTM people are still not attending or replying me. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I did not travel using PAYTM's useless ticket, so kindly refund the amount for this ticket.
