Paytm — Bus ticket refund

Bus got cancelled by the operator when going to nainital from Delhi on 4th September. Now paytm is denying the fact. There is not even a single response from their side I had sent 5 emails to them. on call they said we contacted bus operator and he said bus was not cancelled. I don't know about this mismanagement. The customer care executive was very rude to me and said do whatever you want to do. Why they tie up with bus service when they cannot provide the basic service to their customer.
