Paytm — Bus travelling date mistake by PayTm and Bus Operator | |
i booked 3 bus seats for 7th April 1.15am from Hubli to Bangalore. PayTM also confirmed my booking with same date and time. But the bus operator(Manish travels) said we booked for next day i.e. 8th April 1.15am. So we didn't used the service itself and informed this to both PayTM and bus operator.
I sent many mails regarding this mistake to paytm with screen-shots of booking confirmation details from PayTm and Bus operator but i didnt get any response.

Please check both the tickets attached for ticket number, date of journey and time, You will find the mistake straight away. And please refund my amount ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |
