Paytm — Cancellation of Order after Successful Payment | |||||
I had ordered for 7 Shampoo Bottles and 7 Conditioners of Dove, Tresemme and L'Oreal Brand on 07 Nov, 2015 at 8:22 PM on the PayTM website (seller - Energy India). The payment was successfully done with confirmed delivery date - 15th and 16th Nov, 2015. After 2 days, I was surprised to know that my orders were cancelled through an sms from PayTM without mentioning any reason and returned the amount of Rs 317 in my PayTM Wallet. Then, on asking from PayTM, the reason for cancellation of Orders, they mentioned the reason - "Catalogue Issue on the Website". My Oder Number was [protected] and [protected]. I requested them on phone to fulfil my orders as they were booked successfully, but they denied to fulfil them. Please do the needful for fulfilling my orders as successful payment was dione.
