Paytm — Cash Back amount not credit in paytm wallet

My ORDER NO.[protected] Hello Team I was purchased Sandisk Ultra Dual 16GB Pen Drive (Black) on 25 March 2015.We are waiting for my cash back amount but still not reflecting in my paytm wallet.we are sent mail many times but your company not take action and not resolve my problem.Pls time i give your request pls give my amount either i will take very serious action.Because i know all paytm employee either senior and CEO.Will send this issue your CEO.and post this complaint on Facebook and other social media.
