Paytm — cash back money not added in my wallet even after the delivery of product

I m regular customer of paytm but dis time i faced very big problem as I bought3 mobile phones on holili festival ..[protected] was mymy eligible cash back bubut I haven't received yet..10 day's after the delivery oF product..I am regular sending mail's at paytm site but no response...kind ly check d matter n revert asap...to maintain our Faith in paytm
