Paytm — Cash back offer relating carrier ac 1.5 tonne

I have booked carrier ac 1.5 tonne through paytm on 19.04.2016 for about rs.39000/- as on date i have not received the cash back offer for around rs.5000/- so far. It is totally disgusting /unfaithfull to the customer and since 3months have passed away.But nothing i get it.
