Paytm — Cash back worth rs. 10, 000/- not credited even after 1 month | |||||
This is w.r.t my cash back worth Rs 10, 000/- vide order # [protected] made on 5th Jan (Invoice attached). I had immediately raised a wallet upgrade request (vide email notification received from paytm) for wallet upgrade per revised KYC norms. Since no vendor turned up for document collection at my premise, even after repeated complaints (Ticket # :[protected] &[protected], I myself went to the One 97 communications/Paytm office at Eco Station, Sec V, Salt Lake, Kolkata on 23rd Jan, along with all requisite supporting documents (original + copies). The KYC form was duly filled-in, I furnished the original for verification and submitted the requisite copies to Paytm associate : Mr Sharad J Kumar. Though I received an email notification that my paytm walet is upgraded (30th Jan) however, I am concerned now to see that even though almost a month has gone, I have not received the cash back and/or any communication from Paytm.
