Paytm — Cashback Issue........

I had bought protein powder with order no.[protected], 15 days back and it has been delivered but i haven't got the cashback, paytm people said that they have some verification problem but nobody come to collect the ID proofs and my money is stuck in paytm, I am sending lots of mail but nobody pickup replay me proper. Regarding order number[protected] :i have received only 2539 in my paytm wallet but i hav returned the product value 3499 still balance amount not received in my paytm wallet, they people not gime me proper response of my mail I request to you please help me and solve this problem ASAP Regards Mandeep Singh [protected]
