Paytm — Cashback not credited after complaint done

I have booked a ticket from Rajkot to Ahmedabad on 4/07/2015 order number [protected] using code GO200 to get benefit of cashback. i have applied this code but it proceed directly to payment gateway. so i filed a complain and waited to get confirmatory message. not even the message came and e-ticket was also not generated. i am explaining the issue that there is technical error at their part still they dont agree and dont repay money. also it was 1st time and i keep trust and i use laptop to book so i have not taken screenshot. kindly do the needful. its a cheating ... they show offers on website and take full money and dont payback when complain.
