Hi,
This is Naveen, now not a proud customer of Paytm. Well, i had booked my order on July 21st @ around 7:30 pm.
1. I have attached the screenshot in this trouble ticket where you can clearly see ₹4313 cashback i.e 50% by using TIME50 promo code.
2. I went ahead and bought the order and got the confirmation regarding the same.
3. When i see the mail i got to know there is no details of cashback.
4. I logged a trouble ticket to address this issue. I called up customer care and spoke to one your colleague and expressed my concern and he reverted back saying the cashback will definitely be credited once the order gets shipped as you already have the proof of screenshot.
5. Post this call, i got an email from your team regarding the trouble ticket which i had logged and reply was stating that" No promocode has been applied by me"(you can refer the reply in this mail thread.).
6. I replied back to the email saying that i had spoken to your colleague and he assured of the cashback.
7. I called up customer care again and spoke to 1 more colleague of yours and he replied with the same resolution and even the person kept saying that i've not applied the promocode. Since i had booked my order through PayTM mobile app, promocode gets applied automatically. I explained the something to him and he said "its your mobile and you have not booked properly and screenshot is not valid". He started educating me how to book an order. Having booked so many orders from Paytm and should i be hearing this?
8. Agitated with this, i asked him to patch the call with Senior executive. Upon speaking with your Senior executive, he answered saying that from my end the promocode is applied and valid proof is there (screenshot). He provided the [protected]@paytm.com e-mail id to check and escalate the issue.
Kindly revert back with the proper details and resolution before i head and register a complaint in Consumer court.

Video link to show promocode which gets applied for the product which i booked. Video shows time40 promo code now. But when i booked yesterday the promocode was TIME50 which you can easily arrive or deduce(50% of Rs8625 = 4313) Screenshot proof can be viewed as well.
