Paytm — Cashback not received even after successfully applying the promo code | |||||
I've booked one bus ticket on 16th Nov. 2015 and at that time applied promo code provided by Paytm.com to get back my cashback. At that time promo code was applied successfully but till after this 14 days I'm still writing to Paytm.com customer support team for my query and they just sending me same email everytime. If someone could help me then please let me know. I can send you ticket booking details and promo code applied success message as well. Same here. Their Customer Care Sucks! You can't call anywhere if you're cashback is not received or your transaction gets failed & it gets deducted from the bank.
