Paytm — cheated by deducting extra shipping cost

I had ordered 6 product s from paytm mall..as per shipping charge mentioned after entering my delivery adress..i ordered it...but more then double the shipping cost got deducted from my wallet..after complainting to paytm service center also didnt find appropriate results..pls help me.shall i file a case in consumer court as i had all recorded conversation ..nd screen shots..
