Paytm — Cheating case

Guyz please be very careful about www.paytm.com online bus booking, this team is set for cheating only. I booked ticket under Male passenger category 2 month back to Bengaluru. But when I was trying to board the Bus, the operator rejecting with the reason as the ticket is booked under female category. But to substantiate the reason, either operator or paytm never mentioned the passenger gender in either SMS or Online ticket. However the paytm helpline number was not responding to contact at the moment and the bus operator did not allowed me to travel or provided any other seat by adjusting available seats or any other alternate way. After the incident, I received a reply from Paytm for my numerous email complaint; saying that it is the paytm system error and they cannot given any compensation or refund. The whole trauma really cost me a big loss and I lodged a legal suit against the operator & paytm. Further I would request public to be very careful about Paytm & its associate company for following reason. 1). Paytm automatically mixes passanger gender (Male gender becomes Female) 2). If you contact their Helpline, all numbers are not reachable/not responding. 3). To get a single reply from Paytm, you should send more than 20 emails. 4). If you send email today, you will receive acknowledgement & reply after 1 month 5) You will never get any refund for Paytm technical error. 6) Irresponsibility towards customer Overall you will get 90% assured above mentioned cheating upon booking on paytm.

I had purchased a Samsung mobile for which I have to receive 750inr for six months for the same I have received a promo code but it doesn't works and when I complained the same to the [protected]@paytm they give rly saying I'm not eligible for offer then how come I received a promo code stating I will get cash back you can find the attachments for the same
i ordered a long lugguage bag of about above 5000/-rs, waited for one week and finally they gave me a hand bag of same company.i booked the complaint, lazy respose then and again tried booking, reply was "we will resolve"waited 3 more days.no respose.then a thought of reaching customer care executive" use less numbers"...no way to reach personally to them.i wasted my time using paytm. i am loosing my temper to put a cheating case against them...but i dont wanna loose myself.still wating for...but
