Paytm.com — No money refund of rs. 1016 it's been more than 20 days now | |||||
I tried to book a ticket with paytm.com. Rs.1016 go deducted from my account but no refund yet. When I contacted them they said Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will ensure that we fix the issue of refund against order no.[protected]. We are looking into this and will get back to you with an update in next 24 hrs. We appreciate your patience. Thanks and regards, Paytm Care Disclaimer : ""Please do not share your Paytm Wallet password, Credit/Debit card PIN, CVV and any other confidential information with anyone even if he/she claims to be from Paytm. We advise our customers to completely ignore such communications.""" and this was around 11 days back not sure how many days these people count in their single hour. It seems they do not have any intention to refund it.. I am thinking of going for a legal action can any one suggest me what are the legal options are open for me?
