I had transferred Rs 6793/- from my paytm wallet to bank since 04th January 2017 and said amount was immediately debited from my wallet. It has been almost 3 weeks since then. Paytm's customer care number never connects me to executive. When we click on that option the call is auto disconnected. There is scripted reply to support tickets raised on that. Kindly look into this and help me out get back my money since they have not yet transferred money to my bank and are claiming it to be done.
