Sir, I purchased one 16 GB OTG pen drive from paytm.com worth Rs. 518/- this pen drive is working not properly. its working both side like one side USB and second side OTG for smartphones. I recieve this pen drive and some days are not open that. I open this pen drive after some days and I saw that this pen drive is working only one side (Only USB) and OTG function not working. I complained for paytm care. but they are not change this item reason saller not replace this item. Please change or replace this item. Thanking You Manoj KUmar Jain. [protected]
