Paytm.com / Times Of Money — amount deducted from my account but purchase failed

Have purchased worth rs. 799, the amount got deducted from the bank, but i didn't got the uc's. I have also texted the consumer care service, but they are also not replying, kindly help me with this, below are the proof of the successful payment to the times of money limited for purchasing the royal elite pass season 9.

Kindly please help me to get my refund back, i don't have any source : (
