I purchased 799₹ pack of 600 uc, the money got deducted from my bank account but i did not got any uc in game. So please help where is the money gone, it is a huge amount . The uc is also not added in the game. So please do something add uc in the game or refund my money please. On dtd. 13.01.2019 Rs 220.00 was added in paytm wallet and it was paid from paytm to recharge the mob No 9427002999. No cashback received till this time. Pl check and do needful.
