Paytm.com — wrong size delivered, irresponsibility reply after sales, taking back my money from my account without my knowledge.

I have ordered 2 set of 3 jeans in size 34. But they have delivered me 2 set 3 jeans in size 36. I have intimated them on the same day when I received the parcel. They simply blocked my account where I cannot file to return the product. Then I chatted with their FB id and sent a mail to their email I'd. Today morning they have took 400 rupees from my account without my knowledge. So I lost 2400 rupees totally. Please file my complaint and make them to give my money back.
