I have made DTH recharge through paytm to my dishtv of vc. [protected] for Rs. 250/- on 14 March. However, it was mistakenly gone to [protected]. So, I contacted to paytm and dishtv customer cares. Dishtv customer care told me that the payment transfer from VC [protected] to [protected]. It is necessary to get the correct transaction ID should starts from AR**** or PMGW************ from paytm. Paytm is not supporting me in this regard. Paytm is not responding properly. Rather paytm is responding like this only Sorry for the delayed response. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know. Though paytm told me it is resolved it is not actual resolved. I again reply to paytm. They replied the same response. So, please help me to take necessary action against it.
