I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the cancellation of my flight 9I-688 on 10-04-23 by Air Alliance. Despite the fact that it has been more than 15 days since the cancellation, I have not yet received a refund for the ticket.
The sudden cancellation of the flight without any prior notice or explanation has caused me immense inconvenience and financial loss. I had booked the flight well in advance and had made all necessary arrangements for my travel. However, the cancellation left me stranded at the airport and I had to make alternate arrangements at my own expense.
Furthermore, the lack of communication from Paytm regarding the status of my refund is unacceptable. I have contacted their customer support team multiple times, but have received only vague and unhelpful responses. I find this level of customer service to be completely unacceptable, and it has only added to my frustration and disappointment. I urge the customer complain forum to take immediate action and compel Paytm to process my refund at the earliest. I also request that the forum take strict action against the airline for the inconvenience caused to me and the lack of communication and transparency in the entire process. I hope that the forum takes my complaint seriously and addresses my concerns promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
