I booked 3 train tickets and the transaction got cancelled and amount was deducted already. When i contacted customer care they said we have already refunded the amount in your bank account please contact your bank but the amount has not been refunded yet. Transaction id-[protected].
I said that if it is not possible to refund then please book the tickets but they said that it is not possible.
I want my money back anyhow. Please pay attention to my concern.
