Paytm — Credit not transferred

I have created an account with my mobile number [protected] and I have placed an order with id : [protected]. Now service provider has disconnect my number as I had not recharge it since last three months. Now I m unable to use paytm account because OTP is goes to my suspended mobile number. I have 250 Credit on that which I need to transferred to my new account. I already open a case (#[protected] with PAYTM CC and also provide the necessary document asked by CC BUT after so many follow-up (Mail /Calls) I did not get a single answer from them.
