Paytm — Damaged MIXER

Hi, This is D.B.KIRAN KUMAR and i have a concern regarding a product which i have recently order with paytm. I have received a defective product( PIGEON MIXER) where i see a crack like line near the mixer wheel and when i try to turn on the Mixer it is giving some sort of noisy sound. Please find attached images of the same and my kind request to you is i need a replacement of this product.
