Paytm — Datacard recharge - declined by bsnl - amount rs.198/ not refunded | |||
On 3.12.2015, I have recharged Ra's.198/- for my BSNL datacard No. [protected] through paytm and the amount was paid to paytm through Bank. But BSNL declined the recharge. Since I do not have paytm wallet account, they sent me a message that Paytm has refunded Ra's. 198/- to my Bank;Transaction ID being[protected] and also informed me that the funds will show in my account in the next 3-10 days. But it is not so. Till date the amount has not been credited in my account. Pl do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
