Paytm — Debit Money in Wallet But Not transfer in my Bank Account

I got 677rs money in my paytm wallet for return of product. Now i want to transfer it in my bank account so I request Paytm to refund money in Bank Detail of Transaction is give below Transferred to Bank Bank Txn ID: 55633150 Paytm Cash Txn ID:[protected] Date :[protected]:36:03 But till date after 17 day money not credit in Bank they debit money from wallet on the spot on request (date[protected] but after 17 day money not credit in bank or wallet i complain many time but they give only on answer that transfer is done in 3 or 10 days after requested. till 17 day not credit I want may money back with 17 day interest because bank give me interest on money
